Ingredients
- 12 count frozen beef meatballs
- 2 count hoagie roll or sub roll
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup fresh mozzarella or low-moisture mozzarella, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add meatballs and cook without stirring for 2 minutes until edges brown.

Shake the pan or stir meatballs, breaking up any clumps. Cook 3 more minutes until the surface is mostly browned.

Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant, then pour in marinara sauce.
