- ¾ cup milk
- 1 whole egg
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- ½ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar (for filling + topping)

Whisk flour, milk, egg, and 2 tbsp melted butter in a bowl until smooth, about 1 minute.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium until edges shimmer, ~90 seconds.

Pour half the batter into the skillet, tilting to spread thin. Let cook until the top looks dry, ~3 minutes.

Scatter half the chocolate, crushed peanuts, and 2 tbsp sugar over one half of the pancake.
