Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 whole eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- ⅓ cup condensed milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, divided
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles or chopped chocolate
- ¼ tsp salt

Mix brown sugar and chopped peanuts in a small bowl.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until foaming.

Pour 1/2 cup batter into the pan, tilting to spread into a thin, even layer.

Scatter 2–3 tbsp peanut-sugar mix and 1–2 tbsp chocolate across one half.
