- 2 pieces (6–8 inches each) naan or pita bread
- ½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup onion, finely minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp each cumin, paprika, chili powder (mixed spice)
- 1 whole lemon (cut into wedges)
