Ingredients

  • 200 g konafa (shredded phyllo dough)
  • 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 30 g pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions

    Mash feta with 2 tbsp butter until smooth and creamy, then season with salt and pepper.

    Heat 1 tbsp butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until it foams.

    Add konafa and cook without stirring for 3 minutes until the bottom edges turn golden.

    Flip and cook 2 minutes more until fully crispy and light brown throughout.

    Spread whipped feta over the hot konafa, warm honey with cinnamon for 30 seconds, drizzle over top.
