Ingredients
- 12 whole oysters, fresh
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 whole lemon

Shuck oysters, keeping them on the half shell. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with salt or crumpled foil to keep them steady.

Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 45 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.

Stir panko, parmesan, and parsley into the garlic butter until combined.
