Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese block
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 package crackers (for serving)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Cut feta into 4 thick slabs, roughly 2 inches by 3 inches each. Pat completely dry with paper towels.

    Pour flour into a shallow bowl. Dredge each feta slab in flour, coating both sides, tapping off excess.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 60 seconds.

    Add feta slabs and sear without moving until golden brown, about 90 seconds per side. Transfer to a plate.

    Toast walnuts in the same skillet, stirring, until fragrant and lightly browned, about 2 minutes.

    Warm honey briefly in the skillet, about 30 seconds, then pour over feta. Top with toasted walnuts and serve with crackers.
