- 1 package (2 sheets) puff pastry sheets (thawed if frozen)
- ½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup yellow onion, minced
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

Add ground beef and minced onion, breaking up meat with a spoon, cooking until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
