Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo dough sheets
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 count egg yolks
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar, divided
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush a muffin tin with melted butter.

Stack and brush phyllo sheets with melted butter. Cut into 4-inch squares.
