- 4 links knackwurst or bratwurst sausages
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1.5 tsp curry powder
- ¼ medium onion, minced
- 2 count bread rolls
- 1 tbsp butter

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Score the sausages with diagonal cuts, then fry them for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the casing splits and they brown deeply.
