Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 whole ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp chili crisp (Lao Gan Ma or similar)
- ½ tsp everything bagel seasoning
- ½ whole lemon
- 1 pinch fleur de sel or maldon salt
