Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¾ cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 whole green chili, minced
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
- ½ cup lettuce leaves
