Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo dough sheets
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup ricotta or kashkaval cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp salt and pepper to taste

Mix feta and ricotta in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper until combined.

Lay one phyllo sheet on a cutting board. Brush lightly with olive oil, then place another sheet on top and brush again.

Cut the phyllo into 4 squares. Place 1 tbsp cheese filling in the center of each square.

Fold each square into a triangle, pressing edges to seal. Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling.
