Ingredients

  • ¾ lb cooked boudin sausage
  • 12 count wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 3 tbsp neutral oil for frying
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

    Squeeze boudin from casings into a bowl, breaking it into small crumbles with a fork.

    Mix boudin, cabbage, and carrots in the bowl until combined.

    Place 1 tbsp filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, wet edges with water, fold into a triangle, then fold corners together.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.
