Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked brisket (cooked, pulled or shredded)
  • 4 whole corn tortillas
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add brisket and cook, stirring occasionally, until edges crisp and char, 3–4 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper. Toss once and remove from heat.

    Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or over a gas flame until pliable, 30 seconds per side.
