Ingredients
- 4 oz crusty bread (ciabatta or similar), cubed
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup fresh basil, torn
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
