Ingredients
- ¾ lb boudin sausage (or any smoked sausage), cut into 3-inch pieces
- 16 count wonton wrappers
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
