Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • ½ tsp chili flakes or cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup neutral oil for frying
