Ingredients

  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1.5 lbs brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. 1

Chop bacon into 1-inch pieces and cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until crispy, about 7 minutes.

  2. 2

Remove bacon to a plate with a slotted spoon, leaving fat in the skillet.

  3. 3

Trim brussels sprouts and halve them, then add to the skillet with bacon fat and spread in a single layer.

  4. 4

Cook undisturbed for 5 minutes until the cut sides turn golden brown, then stir and cook 4 more minutes until tender.

  5. 5

Return bacon to the skillet and drizzle balsamic glaze over everything, tossing once to coat.

  6. 6

Serve hot straight from the skillet.
