Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon slices
  • 1 whole bagel, split
  • 1 whole large egg
  • ½ whole avocado, ripe
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese, sliced

Instructions

    Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high until edges curl and surface crisps, about 3 minutes.

    Remove bacon to a paper towel. Toast bagel halves in the same skillet, cut-side down, until golden.

    Crack egg into the skillet over medium heat. Cook until whites set but yolk still jiggles, about 4 minutes.
