Ingredients
- 1.5 lb beef short ribs (asado de tira), 2–3 inches wide
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
