Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup coconut cream (full-fat canned)
  • 1.5 oz light rum
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Add frozen pineapple, coconut cream, rum, pineapple juice, and simple syrup to a blender.

    Add ice and blend on high until thick and smooth, about 45 seconds.

    Pour into two tall glasses. Garnish with a pineapple wedge if you have it.
