Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice, cooled
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ medium red onion
  • 1 whole fresh red chili
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or curry leaves, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Instructions

    Slice the red onion thin and set aside. Slice the chili into thin rings, removing seeds if you want less heat.
