Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup frozen peas
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate, chop, and set aside.

Boil penne in salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup pasta water.

In the same skillet, whisk together sour cream, ranch seasoning, and 0.5 cup pasta water over medium heat until smooth, about 1 minute.

Stir in shredded chicken, peas, cooked pasta, and bacon. Toss until coated, adding more pasta water if the sauce is too thick, about 2 minutes.
