Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 1.25 cups water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
