Ingredients

  • 2 pieces naan or pita bread
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, chives, or parsley, chopped)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.
