Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Crush graham crackers into bite-size pieces (about thumbnail-sized chunks).

    Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and half the crushed crackers in a bowl.

    Spoon yogurt into 4 small bowls or glasses, filling about 2/3 full.

    Top each bowl with a spoonful of the crumb mixture.

    Drizzle with honey and scatter remaining crackers on top.
