- 4 filets cod fillet
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 whole lemon
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the cod in the skillet and cook until golden and opaque, about 4 minutes per side. Remove to a plate.
