Ingredients
- 2 links Chinese sausage
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Rinse the 1 cup rice and add to a clay pot with 1.5 cups water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low, cover, and simmer until most water is absorbed, about 10 minutes.

Slice the 2 Chinese sausage links diagonally and arrange over the rice. Add the 1 cup broccoli florets and 1 cup mushrooms around the sausage. Cover and cook until sausage is translucent and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Crack the 1 large egg over the center, cover, and cook until the white is set but yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
