Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 lb potatoes, russet
- 4 tbsp butter
