Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 whole anchovy fillets
  • 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

Instructions

    In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced anchovies, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
