- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high until it foams, ~90 seconds.
