Ingredients
- 200 g vermicelli noodles
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 150 g mixed berries
- 150 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 200g vermicelli noodles and cook until just tender, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
- 2
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the 150g dark chocolate (broken into pieces), 200ml milk, 2 tbsp butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Stir until smooth and glossy, about 5 minutes.
- 3
Add the cooked noodles to the chocolate sauce and toss gently to coat every strand. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat, until the sauce clings to the noodles.
- 4
Divide the chocolate noodles among 4 serving bowls. Top each with a handful of the 150g mixed berries.
- 5
In a chilled bowl, whip the 150ml whipping cream until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes. Spoon a generous dollop over each dessert and serve immediately.
- 6
Optional: sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder before serving, if you have them.
