Ingredients
- 3 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 4 cookies chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions
- 1
Place the 3 cups chocolate ice cream, 1 cup milk, and 2 tbsp chocolate syrup in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and thick, about 30 seconds.
- 2
Add 2 of the chocolate sandwich cookies to the blender and pulse 3-4 times until the cookies are broken into small chunks but not fully pulverized.
- 3
Pour the milkshake into two tall glasses, dividing evenly. The shake should be thick enough to mound slightly.
- 4
Top each glass with a generous swirl of the 1 cup whipped cream, using about 1/2 cup per glass.
- 5
Crush the remaining 2 chocolate sandwich cookies into coarse crumbs and sprinkle over the whipped cream.
- 6
Drizzle the 2 tbsp caramel sauce over the top of each milkshake, using about 1 tbsp per glass. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
- 7
For extra indulgence, add a pinch of sea salt or a dash of vanilla extract to the blender if you have them.
