Ingredients

  • 1 loaf (about 10 oz) store-bought pound cake
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup sprinkles (any color)
  • 16 pieces lollipop sticks

Instructions

    Crumble pound cake into a bowl until it resembles breadcrumbs.

    Microwave chocolate chips and 2 tbsp cream together, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth and glossy.

    Roll cake crumbs into 16 balls about 1 inch wide, then spear each with a stick.

    Dip each cake pop into melted chocolate, then immediately roll in sprinkles and set on a plate to set.

    Whip remaining 14 tbsp cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
