Ingredients

  • 4 cups ice
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • 4 sticks chocolate sticks
  • ¼ cup chocolate balls
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. 1

In a blender, combine the 4 cups ice and 1/2 cup milk. Blend until the mixture becomes fluffy and snow-like, about 30 seconds. If needed, add a little more milk to achieve a powdery texture.

  2. 2

Transfer the shaved ice to a chilled serving bowl, mounding it slightly.

  3. 3

Drizzle the 1/2 cup chocolate syrup evenly over the top of the ice.

  4. 4

Break the 4 chocolate sticks into halves and stick them into the ice at angles.

  5. 5

Sprinkle the 1/4 cup chocolate balls over the top.

  6. 6

Dust with the 1 tbsp cocoa powder using a fine sieve.

  7. 7

Serve immediately with a spoon, while the ice is still fluffy.
