Ingredients
- 4 cups ice
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- 4 sticks chocolate sticks
- ¼ cup chocolate balls
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

In a blender, combine the 4 cups ice and 1/2 cup milk. Blend until the mixture becomes fluffy and snow-like, about 30 seconds. If needed, add a little more milk to achieve a powdery texture.

Drizzle the 1/2 cup chocolate syrup evenly over the top of the ice.
