Ingredients
- 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 2 peppers, finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 whole (juiced) lime
Instructions

Mix chipotle, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.

Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Sear salmon skin-side up in a hot oiled skillet 2 minutes until edges brown.
