Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp hot sauce (like Tabasco)
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Bring a pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until just opaque throughout.

Drain shrimp and transfer to a bowl filled with ice water. Chill for at least 5 minutes until completely cold.

Whisk ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire in a small bowl until smooth.

Fill two serving bowls halfway with crushed ice. Arrange chilled shrimp around the edge of the ice.
