Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp hot sauce (like Tabasco)
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Bring a pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until just opaque throughout.

  2. 2

Drain shrimp and transfer to a bowl filled with ice water. Chill for at least 5 minutes until completely cold.

  3. 3

Whisk ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire in a small bowl until smooth.

  4. 4

Fill two serving bowls halfway with crushed ice. Arrange chilled shrimp around the edge of the ice.
