Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp hot sauce (optional, for heat)

Instructions

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook until pink and firm, about 2 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water.

    While shrimp chill, whisk together ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and hot sauce until smooth.

    Drain cooled shrimp and pat dry. Divide between serving glasses or a platter.
