Ingredients

  • 3 whole ripe avocados
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (optional, chopped)

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop flesh into a blender.

    Add broth, juice from the lime, garlic, salt, and pepper to the blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, ~30 seconds. Pause to scrape sides if needed.

    Divide among bowls and chill until ready to serve, or serve immediately over ice.
