Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp (such as Lao Gan Ma)
  • ¼ whole red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups mixed greens or lettuce

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Add ground pork and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, 5–6 minutes.

    Pour off excess fat. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and chili crisp until combined.

    Remove from heat and fold in the sliced red onion.

    Divide greens between two bowls or plates.
