Ingredients

  • 1 whole (about 3 lbs) rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 stalks celery stalks, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or parsley), chopped
  • 1 whole bay leaf

Instructions

  1. 1

Pour broth into a large pot. Add carrots, celery, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil over high heat.

  2. 2

  3. 3

Add shredded chicken and stir until warmed through, about 2 minutes.

  4. 4

Taste and season with salt and pepper. Discard bay leaf.

  5. 5
