Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken thighs, boneless skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- ¼ cup peanuts, crushed
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- ½ cup vegetable oil, for frying
