Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 whole lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup hummus

In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Add 1.5 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks, and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Thread the chicken onto skewers (or leave loose). Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
