Ingredients

  • 12 rolls Hawaiian sweet rolls (1 pack)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange Hawaiian rolls on a sheet pan, still in their connected form.

  2. 2

Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

Combine mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan in a bowl. Stir in parsley, salt, and black pepper.

  4. 4

Gently pull the rolls apart without separating them completely. Drizzle garlic butter between each roll.

  5. 5

Sprinkle the cheese mixture generously between and over the rolls, pressing gently so it settles.

  6. 6

Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and roll tops turn light golden. Serve hot.
