Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (1 package, about 12 rolls)
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Leave rolls in their baking pan and cut them in half horizontally without separating them.

  2. 2

Mix softened butter with minced garlic in a small bowl until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

Spread garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the rolls, getting into all the crevices.

  4. 4

Combine mozzarella and parmesan in a bowl, then sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the buttered rolls.

  5. 5

Bake for 12–14 minutes until rolls are warm, cheese is melted and bubbling, and tops are light golden.

  6. 6

Scatter fresh parsley over the top and serve hot. Rolls pull apart easily for sharing.
