Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup rice (uncooked)
  • 2.25 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

    Brown ground beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
