Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 4 large (8-10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. 1

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

Stir refried beans into the cooked beef and warm through, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

Warm tortillas in a dry skillet 30 seconds per side until pliable, then lay them flat.

  4. 4

Divide beef-bean mixture among tortillas, top each with a quarter of the cheese, then roll tightly.

  5. 5

Place burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook 2 minutes per side until the exterior is golden and cheese melts.

  6. 6

Serve hot with tortilla chips and guacamole on the side.
