Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup ketchup

Boil elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente, about 7 minutes.

While pasta cooks, brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high, breaking it up as it cooks, until no pink remains.

Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the beef.

Stir in ketchup and 2 tbsp water, coating everything evenly.
