Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen french fries
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Cook the 1 lb frozen french fries according to package directions until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes in a 425°F oven.

While fries cook, fry the 4 slices bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then crumble into bits.

In a small saucepan, melt the 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Whisk in the 1 tbsp flour and cook for 1 minute until bubbly.
